In episode 4, aired on April 20, Jung Kyung-ho reprised his role as Kim Jun-wan, now the head of the cardiothoracic surgery department at Yulje Hospital’s main branch. He appeared for a prenatal consultation for a patient of Seo Jung-min (Lee Bong-ryun) and had a sharp exchange with Oh Yi-young (Go Youn-jung), the patient’s attending physician, after noticing her lack of familiarity with the case.
